Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is: Kerry London Limited, company no. 200658, registered office is Kerry London, 5th floor, 40 Lime Street, London EC3M 7AW.
2. To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry form via the QR code displayed at the Kerry London stand at London Build 2026. One entry per person is permitted. There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
3. The prize draw is open only to attendees of London Build 2026 at ExCel London, Royal Victoria Dock, London. The closing date for entries will be 4pm on the final day of the exhibition. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. Entries are restricted to firms and individuals within the UK only. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5. The prize is one £200 voucher for The Ivy Collection. The voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of The Ivy Collection and may be subject to availability and booking restrictions. Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
6. Employees of the Kelliher Insurance Group, including Trade Direct Insurance, Kerry London Underwriting and Kerry London Limited, and/or their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw, shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.
7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw and/or these terms and conditions where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, including any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or regulation. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as reasonably possible.
8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and is subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date. The draw will take place within seven days of the closing date and the winner will be notified by email within seven days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
11. The surname and county of the winner will be made available to anyone who requests this information within one month of the draw. The winner may object to some or all of this information being published or made available by notifying the Promoter when accepting the prize. The Promoter may nevertheless provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to demonstrate compliance with the CAP Code. 
12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with London Build, ExCel London, or The Ivy Collection. You are providing your information to Kerry London Limited and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Kerry London’s privacy policy.
16. Personal data supplied in connection with the prize draw will be processed for the purposes of administering the prize draw, contacting the winner and awarding the prize, in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and Kerry London Limited’s Privacy Notice. 
17. Entry into the prize draw is not conditional on consent to receive marketing communications. Any marketing consent requested on the entry form must be optional, presented separately from entry, and capable of being withdrawn at any time.
18. Entry into the prize draw does not create a customer relationship with Kerry London Limited, constitute insurance advice, or affect eligibility for any insurance product or service.
